The incredible architecture and design of KAI is impossible to not fall in love with as you walk through our doors. James Coleman, brother of KAI owner Joey, is a world renowned engineer, who double mastered from MIT in Architecture and Mechanical Engineering. His immense body of work includes The LA Rams Sofi Stadium, Google Campus Headquarter, and The George Lucas Museum. His passion for design and attention to detail can be seen throughout every facet of the one of a kind space.​​​​​​​
